Microsoft SQL Server

SQL Server is a relational database management program, or RDBMS, developed and marketed by Microsoft. Similar to other Relational Database Management System software, they built SQL Server on SQL, the standard programming language for interacting with related websites. They tie SQL Server to Transact-SQL, or T-SQL, Microsoft’s SQL application, which adds a set of system-building structures.

They have operated Windows for over 20 years. In 2016, Microsoft made it available on Linux, which is an open source software. It 2017 was usually available in October 2016, running on both Windows and Linux.

The core component of SQL Server is Database Engine. Database Engine contains a related search engine and a search engine that keeps web files, pages, pages, indexes, etc.

Database Engine

Database Engine contains components that determine the best way to use the query. We also known communication engine as query processor.

The relational engine requests data from the backup engine based on the input query and processed the results.

Other related engine functions include query processing, memory management, thread and task management, bath management, and distributed queries.

Storage Engine

The storage engine handles the storage and retrieval of data from storage systems, such as disks and SANs.
